We are to give back small love to God,
in order to receive great love from him.
Yet I was always in your presence;
you were holding me by my right hand.
What else have I in heaven but you?
Apart from you I want nothing on earth.
To be near God is my happiness (Ps 72).
We feel lonely, because we forget to be with him.
He is never alone, because he is always with us.
We think we have nothing in our hands.
But the reality is that he is everything for us.
We are looking for happiness every day.
While our delight is very close to us - in God.
