Hoc facite in meam commemorationem (1 Cor 11:24).

Do this in remembrance of me.

The Holy Eucharist must be the most important moment of our life. Not only because of strengthening the relation between man and God but also between participants of the mass. For that reason, we should be very well prepared to attain it. Our conscience is supposed to be clear and full of compassion for one another. For the community of the Church is a group of people who try to make progress in sanctification. This community is not like any other but is built on the foundation of the Holy Spirit who is acting in it. Furthermore, the Eucharist is the main point of Jesus' teaching. Since it is an offering of One's life and giving thanks to God the Father for all his goodness. It is following the example of Creator who takes care of the whole world. For all the time God is giving himself and sending his Spirit to make the creation exist. And in every mass we remind ourselves these mysteries of divine presence in our lives and in all his creatures. The bread and wine as the fruits of the earth are God's gifts too. Consequently, receiving bread and wine we are being provided by God's grace. Celebrating Eucharist we are to be grateful for our life and to enjoy being together as children of God.
